Jean and Scott got a free feed and dodged lightning to attend the Art Unleashed show in Jacksonville. We also stopped at Reddi-Arts to check out supplies.

Micheal talked to the folks at the Fountain of Youth again and let them know we’ll be there 3 Sundays, 6/26, 7/3 and 7/10. They asked us to enter via the Exit gate just a little bit south of their main entrance. It’s not the gate in the far corner of park, but the one visitors use to leave the park. We’re considering drawing next Sunday the 26th at the Fountain of Youth. They’ve been very accommodating and will let us in for free. Stay tuned for more info.
It was a busy Sunday - drawing in the morning then a delightful afternoon at Roger Bansemer’s studio. The hotdogs and hospitality were great as was the art.
In spite of the welcome, insistent rain, the Friday meeting was fun. Jean told the story of our David, I shared tricks for drawing hands and then we talked story. Roger and Sarah welcomed us to their studio and we made plans for drawing sessions next week.
